Sandi Neiman Lovitz has brought together 6 other artists, Ellen Abraham, Margie Lewis Quint, Linda Dubin Garfield, Priscilla Bohlen, Edna Santiago, and James Strickler to have a conversation with you. Our wish is to provide you with a little vacation from everyday nuances and celebrate the possibilities of getting to know us through our distinctively different approaches to art and storytelling.

Hope - Things Will Probably Be Okay

This show encompasses a variety of art included in a broad definition of the word HOPE, invited artists were asked to select a work or 2 from their existing pieces that they feel expresses the idea of hope.

Join us for the 1st Friday opening in the MAC Arts Center with Maryanne Buschini, from 5-7pm with an artist talk beginning at 5:45. The show will be in the Center through the last Sunday of the month.

Maryanne Buschini is a visual artist, and painter. In her figurative paintings, she explores the vulnerability that is part of the human condition. Using found photos as starting reference, her paintings’ subject matter and narrative concerns human emotional responses – those underlying feelings that expose themselves – whether we want them to or not.
